Since the 1890s, 9 North Centre has been a downtown Cumberland fixture, once home to Bernstein's Furniture Store until 1981. Redeveloped in 2006 to be an arts destination, it is now home to the Ferleman Gallery, the Gallery Stage live music venue, and five luxury apartments.
